Aura DNA in ChatGPT

What the connector does
Explore the twelve color seasons, compare palettes, and browse curated clothing essentials without an account. These are general guides, not a personal color diagnosis. Product prices are catalog snapshots; retailer prices, sizes and availability may differ.
Connect your account to read your existing paid reports, color season, palette, personal style guidance, saved hair and Best Version images, and wardrobe essentials. It does not analyze new photos, generate reports, or sell Aura DNA reports in ChatGPT.
Try without signing in: “Compare Soft Summer and Cool Summer” or “Find men’s clothing in Cool Winter colors.”
Connect your account
When the connector is available to your account, select Connect in ChatGPT, sign in to Aura DNA, and review the consent screen. Use the account with the verified email that owns your report. A gift report belongs to its recipient.
Try: “Show my color palette” or “Show my hair color options.” If you have more than one report, choose the report you want to use.
If something is missing
- No reports: Check that you connected the correct account. Free previews, unpaid orders, and reports owned by someone else are not available through this connector.
- Report still processing: Try again after your original report finishes. Asking in ChatGPT does not start another generation.
- Image unavailable: Use Refresh in the report card to renew an expired image link. If the underlying image has expired or was never generated, refreshing cannot recreate it.
- Connection expired: Reconnect through ChatGPT. Access also stops when the account connection is revoked.
- Older report: Some historical reports do not contain newer sections or complete body-profile answers. We do not guess missing answers.
Your data and access
The connector reads report information only after account authorization. It does not request your raw uploaded photos. Report sections and saved images you request are shared with ChatGPT; their use there is also subject to OpenAI’s policies.
Disconnecting stops future connector access; it does not delete your Aura DNA account or information already present in a ChatGPT conversation. For retention and deletion requests, read our privacy policy or contact us.
